Chapter 21: The Three Most Important Messages

I nodded with anticipation, hoping that humanity's civilization could continue indefinitely. Buweiro continued:

"The second thing is the situation within you humans. No matter how much you used cold weapons in ancient times, it was just a minor issue. The Interstellar Alliance would not care and let you develop naturally. In modern times, you entered the era of science and technology and electrical appliances, but you still did not attract our attention. What the Alliance did not expect was that your science and technology civilization improved so rapidly, many times faster than the previous four civilizations, including other extraterrestrial civilizations.

It can only be described as a miracle, especially considering that in just a few years, you developed nuclear weapons and atomic bombs. First came an experiment, followed by two bombs dropped in war. The detonation of these nuclear weapons made the Alliance realize that it could no longer ignore humanity.

Although your initial nuclear weapons posed no direct threat to the Alliance—including now, they still don't—it's your reckless use of them that could contaminate Earth, which would indirectly affect the Star Essence Alliance. This is something we cannot allow.  

Although the first generation of human nuclear weapons poses no threat to the Alliance, and this is still the case now, your madness will pollute the Earth and indirectly affect the Interstellar Alliance, which is something we don't want to see. You humans can destroy yourselves, but you are not allowed to pollute the earth's ecological environment, otherwise you will violate the 'Alliance Protection Treaty'.

After the fall of the ancient Aryan civilization, the surviving elites of that race fled to Antarctica to start anew. At that time, Antarctica was a lush and fertile continent. However, Antarctica underwent drastic changes, and the Aryan race eventually moved into the Earth's core. In the spring of 1947, an American admiral named Richard Byrd visited Antarctica on a mission for his country. (see Figure 21.1)

The Aryan race, using their technology, scanned Byrd's body in advance and assessed his health, psychological resilience, courage, and integrity. They saw him as a suitable candidate to be entrusted with conveying their message. So, using their technology, they brought Byrd into the Earth's core world, spent three hours explaining the inner world's civilization to him, and then sent him out to deliver the Alliance's message and warning to the U.S. president.

Unfortunately, at that time, the president and some high-ranking officials believed that possessing nuclear weapons made them invincible. Their minds were stubborn, selfish, hypocritical, evil, and blindly arrogant. Even after understanding the Interstellar Alliance's message, they did not relay it to other national leaders. Instead, they employed various methods to suppress and block our information, even keeping it secret from their own people, allowing other regions to continue killing each other. Their actions greatly disappointed the Alliance.

Although, with the Alliance's capabilities, we could easily solve humanity's problems, we chose not to intervene at that time. After all, humanity was an indigenous species born on the same home planet, and you had not yet caused irreparable damage to Earth. The Alliance didn't want to disrupt the natural order of the universe.  

At the same time, the Alliance, along with other alien races still need to observe and study humanity. This is why we did not take action against you. Afterwards, the Fascists were defeated and Japan surrendered. The world ended large-scale wars and most areas returned to peace. Only some small places are still fighting, but it is no longer a big deal.

Today, I'm telling you this secret. In fact, the quick end to the world war was partly due to the Alliance's secret intervention. Those who have carefully studied the World War may have noticed the signs, but they couldn't find concrete evidence.

Later, during the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union, humanity's technological advancement skyrocketed. Once again, we only observed in secret, without interference, allowing your civilization and technology to develop rapidly. The Alliance maintained its stance of non-interference with humanity, but we didn't anticipate that a few countries would discover antimatter and begin covert research into antimatter weapons.

Though these nations kept their work hidden, they could not escape the constant surveillance of the Alliance. If antimatter weapons were successfully developed, their power would be at least 10,000 times greater than that of nuclear weapons, and the Alliance would have no choice but to take this seriously."

In addition, the Alliance was very angry that some countries secretly discharged nuclear waste water into the sea, which was a completely unscrupulous and inhumane act. After discussion by the Alliance, these countries were extremely evil, but their crimes did not deserve death. We cannot punish all of humanity for a few people, but the guilty cannot be easily forgiven.

The Alliance decided to make these nations face the consequences of their actions. Using the Universal Energy Field, they reversed the flow of nuclear waste back into the countries responsible. If they did not cease, they would be forced to bear the consequences themselves. (Figure 21.2)

The third matter, in the spring of 2022, a war broke out between two of humanity's major nations. The internal political disputes and entangled interests were beyond your understanding, but they were crystal clear to the Interstellar Alliance. As the war escalated and became uncontrollable, the Alliance feared that if it spiraled out of control, all of humanity would be caught in the chaos.

The Alliance is deeply concerned about the potential use of antimatter weapons, as well as other secret and covertly developed weapons by various nations. If unleashed, the consequences are unimaginable. The power of antimatter weapons is immense; if they go out of control, they could create a cosmic black hole, destroying not only Earth but potentially the entire universe.

At present, humanity had only begun researching antimatter, and you still couldn't control it fully. If you mishandled it, it would be like playing with fire, endangering yourselves and others. The Alliance would never allow this.

Thus, I am conveying this message to humanity: The Alliance can ignore your minor actions, but once you threaten the Earth's ecology, the Alliance will immediately take action to return you to primitive society and then reorganize the control of the land.

If you can stop the war and wholeheartedly focus on advancing your technological civilization to the level of a primary civilization, then you will be worthy of standing on equal footing with us.

That is all. Please pass on this message. The consequences of your actions, as you would say, are in the hands of fate. Life or death, it all depends on the decisions of your highest rulers."
