My name is Miaoshan. I’m a university professor and researcher. I was raised in China and educated in the West, giving me a unique perspective on both Eastern and Western cultures. Due to language and cultural barriers, China often seems like a mystery to the West. That’s why I’ve created this website — to uncover that mystery and share the beauty of Chinese traditions, folk crafts, and wisdom with you.
